Mark was trying his best to act like everything was normal. This didn't seem like to be a big deal. All he had to do was do his normal routines and smile when he needed to. However, that wasn't the case as he kept being paranoid about every little thing. He would always think that his family had found out his secret even though they hadn't. He also had a temper and would have to leave the house because he was afraid of changing into a wolf in front of his family. His mother had began to get worry about him, but he would tell her everything was okay.
He hated lying to his mother, but he couldn't tell her the truth. It wasn't like he could burst out with, "mom I can change into a large dog if I lose my temper. Do you know any solution for that? If you do, I would be so grateful." Mark sighed as he laid in his bed, trying not to think about his situation. It was hard to do since it happened days ago. So it was still fresh and he still didn't know how to feel about this. He doubt there was a cure for this or how to stop it. Well that was if he could stop it, which wasn't likely. This meant he had to accept it and embrace it, which wasn't going too well. All he could think about was his family rejecting him because of him turning into a wolf. He then began thinking sad thoughts.
Not wanting to feel sorry for himself, Mark decided to go for a run. He didn't want to think about this right now. All he wanted to do was clear his mind. Going for a run seemed like the perfect thing to do. Mark changed into more comfortable clothes for running. Once he was done, he put his headphones in his ear as he was walking out the door. He then began jogging in his neighborhood. A few minutes into his jog, he began to feel a bit better since he wasn't thinking about his situation. All he was doing was enjoying jogging. He didn't noticed that he was just wearing a muscle shirt and baggy shorts.
