Justin Conant – 70 years old – Hybrid – Ian Somerhalder – Reserved for
BABSJustin Conant is the first son born to Dean and Cassandra Conant and the older brother of twins Ryan and Liv. When he was born his parents didn’t know what he would be given that at the time his mother was a hybrid and his father was a human but it soon became clear that he too was a hybrid. Justin’s early history is open but ever since the twins were born he was close to them, especially Ryan. They depended on each other a lot when they were growing up and looked out for one another and are still close to this day.
Justin was away travelling on his own when his parents were “killed” but returned and met up with his siblings at the rendezvous point they had always agreed upon. Like the twins he was devastated when he realised that his parents were dead but he stepped up and supported his siblings and he has been with them looking for answers ever since.
He is going to be the person that
LEAH MARIE CLEARWATER imprints on and I would love it for the two of them to have met in the past. They probably wouldn’t have gotten along too well at first although in the heat of the moment they might have had a one night stand while trying to forget their problems but now that they are both going to be living in Forks I would love for the two of them to reunite. Since Leah was the first female ever to phase I would love for imprinting to work differently for her as well. It didn’t happen the first time they met but it will happen when they meet again and she will do everything she can to fight it before finally realising that it is pointless trying to ignore it and give in to it. He is intended to be her final, at some point in the future I would love for them to get married and have children but for now I would just love to have him around!
Olivia “Liv” Conant – 67 years old – Hybrid – Open face – Available
Liv is the younger sister of Justin Conant and the younger twin sister of Ryan Conant. She and Ryan are best friends, they are able to tell each other everything and that hasn’t changed. When she and Ryan discovered the scene at the house they quickly packed up everything that meant anything to them and fled to the rendezvous point that had been agreed on years before. Liv knew about the threats from the shapeshifters at the school that she and Ryan had attended as she’d had trouble with them too but she hadn’t known that they would go to such lengths when they learned what her dad was anymore than Ryan had. Dean Conant – 92 years old – Vampire – Open face – Available
Dean was born the son of a hunter, expected to follow in his father’s footsteps just like so many Conant men had before him. He was taught to fight and hunt from a young age but more than anything he was taught to hate the supernatural. That all changed when he met Cassandra, however. He fell for her quickly and she fell for him in return and it wasn’t long before the two of them were married. When his father found out Dean was disowned but he had Cassandra so he didn’t mind too much, instead finding a place among her own family. A couple of years later Justin was brought into the world and Dean couldn’t be happier. He became the doting father first to his son and then to the twins when they too were born. Dean fell ill not long afterwards and the only way for him to be saved was to become a vampire. He was given the choice and he decided that he wasn’t ready to leave his young family even if it meant becoming one of the creatures that his family had hunted for years. He was turned by Cassandra’s father and quickly adopted the vegetarian lifestyle.
It seemed like nothing could tear them apart but his family had other plans and used the distraction caused by the shapeshifters the twins were having trouble with at school to make a move to attack Dean and Cassandra but Dean was warned just in time by his younger brother Brody and together the three of them staged the scene at the house making it look like they had been killed in the attack. Dean and Cassandra both hated having to leave their children behind but they knew that it was the only way to keep them safe, instead keeping an eye on them from a distance and picking off the remaining members of the Conant family one by one, knowing that they couldn’t reveal that they were alive until all of the threats against their family had been eradicated.
Cassandra Conant – 90 years old – Hybrid – Open face – Available
Cassandra was born to a vampire father and a newly turned vampire mother. Eighteen years after she was born she met Dean and quickly became infatuated with him. Falling in love with the son of a hunter wasn’t meant to be the plan but Dean was different and she had known that right from the start. It wasn’t long before the two of them were married and less than a year later they welcomed Justin into the world. She had been born a hybrid but she hadn’t known what their son would be but she was pleased to learn that he was like her. Three years later the twins were born and she loved being able to watch her three children grow up. When Dean well ill a short while after they were born she was devastated, terrified that she would lose her soulmate. She hadn’t expected him to ask to be turned but as soon as she was sure that it was what he wanted she contacted her father and the rest is history.
The five of them were happy together for a long time but the past eventually caught up with them and they were forced to flee their home and leave their children behind for their own safety. Had Brody not warned them then she knew that their deaths would have been real and she didn’t doubt that Dean’s family would have gone after the kids too if they had met up with them like they had originally planned. Instead she, Dean and Brody went into hiding, knowing that they couldn’t return until all of the family members who were a threat to the kids were out of the picture for good. Cassandra could have sought sanctuary with her family but instead she chose to stand by Dean and it is a decision that she would have made again if she’d had to.
Brody Conant – 87 years old – Vampire – Open face – Available
Brody is the younger brother of Dean. Born five years after his brother, Brody always looked up to Dean while they were growing up. His brother was his friend and protector and it stayed that way until Cassandra came into the picture. For a long time Brody resented her for taking his brother away but nearly ten years after Dean left Brody was bitten by a vampire during a hunt who thought that killing him wouldn’t be enough of a punishment and instead decided to let him live out the rest of his life as a creature he hated.
Ashamed of what he had become, Brody knew that he couldn’t return to his family but he kept an eye on them from a distance. As soon as he learned what they had planned for Dean he tipped his brother off and helped them fake their deaths and he has been with them ever since.
